Thank you for your Order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All items returned must be in a new and unused condition.
Returns process
To enable us to help you – please email our customer service team at info@oakwoodfeeds.com with details of the reason for return. If possible, place the items in their original packaging and mail to the following address. If the item packaging has been damaged in transit – please email or call us and we will do our best to help.

Refunds
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange. We will endeavour to process your return as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your order has been processed.
